We pride ourselves on providing quality products designed to last. 99.9% of our products come with a minimum of 5 years warranty and some up to 15 years.

What’s Covered

PRS Office Furniture and/or its suppliers will, at their discretion, repair or replace any product or component that fails under normal use due to defects in materials or workmanship. The replacement will be made with comparable materials or components at no charge.

Exceptions:

• 1. Fabrics and foam unless otherwise stated are covered for the entirety of the products warranty or 5 years, whichever is less.
• 2. Mechanical moving parts are warrantied for 5 years, unless otherwise stated. This includes, but not not limited to: Gas Lifts / Monitor Arms / Seating Mechanisms / Drawer Runners / Door Closure Mechanisms / Height Adjusters / Locking Devices / Folding Table Mechanisms.
• 3. Electrical and/or electronic componentry, unless otherwise stated are warrantied for 2 years.

Exclusions

The following are not covered:

• 1. Failures due to normal wear and tear.
• 2. Changes in veneer appearance caused by exposure to light and the natural aging of wood.
• 3. Natural variations in the appearance of wood, including grain, figure, and color.
• 4. Surface appearance changes due to the use of unsuitable or abrasive  maintenance/cleaning products, damage from sharp objects, or imprinting from writing implements.
• 5. Natural variations in leather, such as marks, scars, and wrinkles.
• 6. Products stored or exposed to extreme operational conditions.
• 7.0 Consumable components such as fuses, lights, lamps, transformers, etc.
• 8. Products not installed, moved, or reconfigured by PRS Office Furniture or its approved contractors.
• 9. Failures resulting from non-compliance with precautions, advice, and instructions for the use, assembly, cleaning, care, maintenance, storage, or protection of the products.
• 10. PRS Office Furniture will not be liable for any consequential damage, loss, or other expenses, whether arising from contract, negligence, or otherwise.
